I've had games on CoH 1 and 2 where the map looked like the surface of the moon at the end. The scenery in this seems to barely scar at all from explosives.
I noticed this too but I did see the buildings falling apart in smaller pieces which is pretty cool in itself. I’ve always liked the destructible terrain though
Squad wipes have been made tough in coh3. It is a good thing imo. Anyhow try to stop driving the stuart between reloads so as to reduce moving accuracy penalty!
One of my favorite feature of CoH is you can't zoom out to the whole map, it makes the game more intense and chaotic. Forces you to concentrate on squad tactics level.
I totally agree with you the game it's made for that and have attack in random places, play with your mini map 🙂 serves as grand strategy and awareness of the map! coh have mechanics like throwing British grenades, when you see a smoke on a barrel of a AT gun or a tank that means that's ready to fire again... you need to see that animations being triggered with the exact zoom, if you are able to have less zoom you can't adjust right to see that animations... This is like a moba game you have more than one hero and any one of them have unique abilities and give them upgrade based on experience... But for sure has coh 2 and league of legends player... i have to say it's more fun, harder, free creativity on the plays and at the end if you loose you have the same enjoyment as if you win
@@duegia44 I am not kidding I used to play it everyday and have thousands of hours on CoH I got older and got slower on the mouse and shortcut keys :/ Kids nowadays are amazing and fast on micromanagement. It used to be funny to watch a game when an enemy is destroyed by a tank and an engineer. :D
You can use the tactical map.... I used it a lot, COH should never ever be able to zoom out, that will kill the RTS aspect, games like warcraft and SC don't allow zoom out for a reason
Gustatori definately need some tweaking I think, they seem nigh on invincible sometimes. I know after the tech test they said Flamethrowers were getting a nerf because they were way overperforming (was definitely my experience as well lol.) Another great video as always Vulcan, February 23rd can't come soon enough!
In your opinion, does it feel annoying how units never get eliminated unless the opponent forgets to call back their infantry or do you think it’s part of the game? As a spectator, it makes no sense how these units just run away unharmed with units shorting at them just an arms’ length away
That's particularly strange that even though you both went two light tanks you were able to survive without an AT crew unit. This confirms that from coh 2 to coh 3 the difference between hardcounter and softcounter is even less
I can't stress enough how much I love looking at this game, even during tech test sure there was some graphical issues but the foundation was there and everything just looks so fresh especially jumping from coh1 to coh3, I've been waiting for a game like this for years, it really does look and feel like a sequel to coh
they should fix the retreat its to much miss shots, it needs to be lowered for easier hits and the player should be punished for not retreating their units sooner. its already good enough that the player doesn't have to control their units anymore which me myself i like but both ends doesnt make sense to have a unit retreat and not get shot at especially point blank this could be used in a bad way as well. just give the retreat unit a small 1% movement speed buff and 5% range dodge chance. atm it seems like its 90% range dodge chance which is absurd.
Gotta say, y’all didn’t make any AT guns. That’s a big mistake. Also, risky to take double light tanks. If you don’t capitalize on that, you most likely will lose.
Apparently Relic lost all their good artists after DoW2, because AoE4, DoW3 and this look like absolute crap, with poor shading, terrible textures and mobile game models. CoH3 in particular was designed from the start to be on consoles, so maybe they think this will help them attract the kiddies
This is the only video of yours I did not enjoy. Lots of frantic movement masquerading as micro... Previous CoH3 stuff was bit better in that department I think
Blame's RNG, Have you ever been in a track Vehicle as a gunner and tried to engage a target going full speed? Even with automatic turrets now it's still a hassle to engage at a fast speed, we also still have manual just encase it make's it a lot more difficult.

I love the fact that there's civilians milling about at 1:45
That Stuart chase was so sad, lmao, 3 shots and nothing to claim.
Absolutely tilted me

Yeah ok. But the franticness can get a bit overwhelming
You are kidding right? That is like saying I wish that I was blinded so my other senses get heightened.

Yeah they are definitely getting nerfed. I reckon a lot of the balance will change between this and release.
5:20 would be nice if units had a melee attack when too close to enemy units
i played CoH 1-2 ages ago many hours ! can;t wait to play this one

I love that theyve got a Gurkha rifles section. My dad was an officer in the Gurkha Rifles

The fact your Stewart couldn't get the squad wipe was Unbelievable Jeff! The 23rd can't come fast enough;)
Looked spice ❤
Quick question did you COH3 got any special or unique units like in Warhammet or Warcraft or Spellforce?
Each faction has their own unique squads and vehicles but there isn't anything fantasy, if that is what you are wondering.
Maybe I'm WAY too used to CoH1 Blitzkrieg/EaW, but does it seem like the TTK for units is....forever? Or is it just me?
This game looks like it was made overnight. Long live coh2!
So far i like COH2 more, but hopefully this will get better.
Does this game include melee attack of infantry
Great Refernce to Jeff Sterling and Chris Kamara in the title lmao
Old school meme
They should have maneuver units spawn in actual historical doctrines and not just arbitrary 4 or 5 dudes

Thought this was COD2 :D , don't wanna get a gazillion DLCs again... so skip on this one but nice to see someone else play now and then.
biggest drawback in this game is how tank from 10 meters cant kill infantry :D
Can I play this if I preorder CoH 3?
is this ultra settings?
Does this have combat vs AI also?
if you are asking about a campaign, yes it does.
yes also skirmishes against AI
GG it's ok you lost we all suffer defeats.
Gotta love those Italian Infantrymen!
what's on your PC specs and average fps running the game?
I never checked my FPS but it was smooth on my i7 8750k and RTX 3080

I think I saw his teammate have one.
RNGjesus really seemed to hate you that game..
I'm sad to do not seeing many difference with COH2... you too?
What's with the graphics. Looks like a step backwards

@@alfgart Looks great to me wtf?
exactly what i thought...
You should have sent one squad earlier to cap the top flag.
Is this better than coh2??
You got totally owned 😅
Title is misleading, the opponents had the advantage at the beginning, and kept it for the entire game 😕
I love COH but I fail to see the intense here, mostly bad plays ;p Guess I am too used seeing the best players in the world fighting.
unlucky this game looks sooo fkcn bad
2023 and we get big shit
Looks great to me wtf?
This is the only video of yours I did not enjoy. Lots of frantic movement masquerading as micro... Previous CoH3 stuff was bit better in that department I think
As in I wasn't moving my troops effectively?
Blame's RNG, Have you ever been in a track Vehicle as a gunner and tried to engage a target going full speed? Even with automatic turrets now it's still a hassle to engage at a fast speed, we also still have manual just encase it make's it a lot more difficult.
Guess you aren't familiar with CoH's mechanics.
Make sure the sound and arty is better than COH2 that game was shit compared to COH1
