Good stuff 👍👍👍 great selection of buses. Being from Ayrshire my favourite has to be the Western leopard/y-type...

There certainly was a great variety of buses. Naturally the Leopard would be the favourite of an Ayrshire man. :-)

Great to see this event back again, I was hoping to be there but yet again Northern Rail had other ideas. The 'Platinum' buses looked good, hopefully there will be a lot more done up like that in the coming weeks.

Network Rail has not been kind to you lately. So good to see this event up and running again.

    Excellent!
Surprised Mercedes T2 and Vario. Against the background of large-capacity buses, they look unusual.
Interestingly, they are line (route) cars or museum exhibits?

They are Preserved vehicles not in service.

Hello Mr. Mollsmyre! Nice video in a beautiful coastal city. It seemed it was a little cold, wasn't it?
I used to watch your videos from Blackpool. Now I came here once again to ask if you permit post a question about an old song from Procol Harum, from 1967, A Whiter Shade of Pale. May I?

If you think it would help. Go for it mate.

@@mollsmyre Thanks in advance, my friend.
I just want to confirm the meaning of the two first sentences from the song Whiter Shade of Pale, by Procol Harum, launched in 1967.
      The sentences are:
      “We skipped the light fandango.
      Turned cartwheels ‘cross the floor”
Major question is about the word ‘fandango’. Fifty years ago was its coloquial or slang meaning ‘a selection of songs in a ball dancing’? Or a reference to a person?
So, could the meanings of the sentences be:
      1) ‘We danced the light selection of songs (in the ball room)’
Turned cartwheels ‘cross the floor (being crazy...)?
      or
      2) “We didn’t dance the selection of light songs, man (suposed ‘fandango’ as a person)
Turned cartwheels ‘cross the floor (But danced the selection of fast songs, being crazy).?
I hope not bothering you with that. Thank you again. Greetings from Brazil!
