There is no application fee. Moreover, Bergamo has not yet offered courses for Bachelors and maybe they wont in the future

Deadlines vary from course to course. Make sure to check the deadlines of your course first before applying.
In the last option of scholarship they're saying GRE is mandatory
GRE is mandatory for Merit Based Scholarship but not for the admission

You can apply through the link present in the Email that you have got for the payment of fees. You can pay the fees using your Visa/Masters card

You have to pay the 52 Euros before submitting your Pre-enrollment. 156 Euros is your Regional Tax, which you can pay after arriving Italy.

No, you must have to apply through Italian Embassy, Islamabad. If your last education is from Karachi, then only you can submit your visa file at Italian Consulate, Karachi.
