As Team Orange practices the song with a cute concept, "Poco a Poco", the older members struggle. Meanwhile, Team Yellow also endures with the pain of practicing in high heels.

That why i like euijin. Even though, the person she choose didn't get better like dancing or singing. She choose them because she likes them to get even better. Unlike the others, they choose who have more experienced of sexiness, dancing, singing or cuteness. Euijin helps bolim to get her better. She really wants to teach her (Sorry for my bad english)

Flexibility and the ability to dance are two very different things.

It's actually part of the basics of dancing to be flexible.. Most girl groups are flexible because of their stretching during trainings.. So I dont think it's completely different..

Why are their heels different heights? Is it because some of them are taller and they want to keep the heights somewhat similar or is it because one girl can handle dancing in higher heels while others cant? Idk but it throws me off

Mahdiyyah so I'm super late but....when girl groups practice they tend to do it with 4/5 in heels but some girl groups (2ne1) would practice with the tallest thinnest heels they had.
The taller and scarier the heel could be beneficial for many reasons because you build a stronger foundation.
You are lighter on your feet, your movements are softer and balance is better when you switch to easier heels.
Of course tho this could be extremely scary as well.
I think 2ne1 has had the scariest heels I've ever seen from stilettos, heavy boots, to spice girl boots.
snsd dances with high ass heels too, its to get used so when u use the highest and thinnest ones its easier to dance with any heel
Heels are usually different height to keep all the members at a consistent height. It makes for a more clean looking performance. AOA is pretty notorious for doing this. Jimin would wear extremely tall heels while Seolhyun and Hyejeong sometimes just wore sneakers.
But u can see in somw clips that they change thier heels..But on the performance they wear different height heels to make thier heights consistent

Annyeong Taekook omg yes I've been saying this to myself from the very first moment I saw her. He's my bias in MX and she's my bias in sonamoo. Coincidence? I THINK NOT.
Also there's a moment in Weekly Idol when MX and Sonamoo were guests, Eunjin did an animal impression (monkey if I'm not wrong) and they showed Wonho reaction. Their expressions were so alikeee.
