Yes true. The park is beautiful on both sides for sure. I just really loved how quiet and remote the east side seemed during my visit. You won't be disappointed with either side.
It seems to me that the west side of the park has a lot more traffic than the east side. The west side is easier to access as it is just off of I-10. The east side is awkward to get to. I like the east side better for that reason. The vistas are amazing.
Yes, exactly. I completely agree with you. Especially in the early morning, the east side is just amazing, it's like having the entire place to yourself.
Do you take a pack with water and extra food and clothing. Temperatures can change along. Also should take a walking stick with you to check around bushes and rocks near the trail your on for rattlesnakes.
Yes, I made sure to bring lots of extra water, especially on the days i had my dog with me. While we only visited on the cooler days, I made sure I had plenty of water. Also packed extra layers since I mostly visited during the early morning and it would get a bit chilly.
I am planning to move to the SW desert region (to live rent-free on BLM land)... The desert beauty/serenity, open vistas, and sunrises/sunsets are main attractions... Thanks for the vicarious experience🏜️...
Thanks so much. My wife and I are planning our first visit there and your video was incredibly helpful.
That's wonderful, I hope you guys have a great time. Don't miss out on those early mornings in the park, those sunrises are incredible.
Thanks for the tips!! We're visiting the park tomorrow.
That's wonderful, I hope you enjoy it.
Thank you so much for all the great tips!
You're welcome. Thanks so much for this comment!
Thanks a lot! This summer I went to Tucson for Saguaro from east to west, but I only enter the west park.
The west side is beautiful too! I'm sure that was a great visit.
Thanks, good stuff to know!
Thanks I appreciate the feedback.
Wow 👍👍
Thanks for the comment. Hope you're planning to visit the park soon.
Looks like the west was more colorful, but you know best :)

Just realized I visited East twice and never went to west
Haha, well the east side is my favorite and quite beautiful, so there's that! Plus, you likely avoided the crowds.
