    Acredito que ninguém abra o canal de um banco no TH-cam pensando em: "vou me inscrever para acompanhar o conteúdo" (já que na grande maioria o conteúdo é mais institucional, mas o Nu soube inovar até nesse quesito), mas depois dessa aula sobre cultura, cliente no centro e gestão, ganharam um inscrito e minha admiração só aumentou. Eu, que sou um cliente antigo do banco, posso afirmar que o Nu de fato vem mantendo sua cultura firme até o dias atuais, mesmo atingindo esse marco histórico de 100 milhões de clientes.

    You are great! But please don't scare investors with dreaming too big too early. The subtext about going worldwide, tackling non-financial services, and the marketing campaign in the U.S., which is extremely different in terms of competition and need for Nu's disruption, all give a sense that you plan on announcing a surprising and very risky expansion way earlier than investors expect. You've been leading the company impeccably, thank you!

    A cultura do Nubank é não cumprir com o prometido ao cliente. Disseram que se eu tivesse R$ 50 mil investidos na NuInvest, poderia ter o cartão Ultravioleta sem custo. Coloquei os R$ 50 mil pedidos, mas começaram com desculpas esfarrapadas para não me dar o cartão ultravioleta. MENTIROSOS.
