In your next videos please try to cover scenarios for dynamic values also.
Eg. In file we have text AMOUNT 2000.
Value is dynamic it can change but heading AMOUNT will remain same, so who to pick that value through regex.

important difference between IEnumerable and List (besides one being an interface and the other being a concrete class) is that IEnumerable is read-only and List is not.
