Got to spend my 40th birthday at WDW the week the ride opened. Wasn't able to get a fast pass for it. A wonderful cast member noticed my birthday pin and took my family to the fast pass line wishing me a happy birthday. Was best present ever, the ride was amazing and a moment I will never forget.
Cannot wait to go back to ride this. Unfortunately it opened three days after we left WDW. The imagineers have raised the bar and I don’t know how or what will top this attraction. ...but, could you imagine a trackless Haunted Mansion ride!? That would be so cool!
Hi Chris, I love this new concept. It seems, from your video it works well, and also these trackless vehicles also are dynamic over i the Star Wars area. ride which I saw in another video.
I haven’t been on this ride yet so I can’t speak from experience, but from the ridethroughs I’ve seen, it looks like they still need to work on the timing of the vehicles. Sometimes a scene is already mostly over before the last vehicle enters the room.
I feel like ive seen the opposite from ride throughs. Last vehicle gets to see the most if they're pay enough attention they can get all the stories the ride has. Only the 2 last cars (easter egg spoiler) get to see where the tornado comes from
