I think a good in universe reason for Sans beating the corruption so easily could be that the Corruption would have 20LV due to it being pure evil, (and the sheer amount of people it has either infected or killed) Sans' KR would give him a unique edge against it (Although if Sans were to be put in DD's positive in the OG Corruption mod, then he would likely lose the battle).
