Sand settings: Soft at back as often when riding in sand one needs to lighten the front wheel so it doesn't plow, to do this, one method is shifting weight to the back of the bike. Bad Knee, I have one now from a dirtbike highside... this one means you can get more angle at the front (peg rotated forward) when in sitting position. It means you can put your foot 0-15 deg more angled down, meaning less pressure on your knees.

I have these on my KTM1290S- Simple fit, highly recommended. 7K miles, zero issues.

Lots of people are complaining of the footpeg spring being to soft, and that they move a lot up and down even on normal roads, so off road they are a pain.
From your video they also look to losse and that they move up without almost any resistance, and that they need better spring resistance.
Have you ride them ? Can you make a video of them while riding? Or its just one of those "reviews" that say product is perfect !!!

I also heard that the springs are soft and that's why I put my stock BMW springs on.(Should have said that in the video, my bad) Haven't had any issues so far, except that the green pins that I put in the beginning were way too distracting for me. Since I have changed to the orange ones I am happy.

@@dshift thanks for your time and reply, I would still love to see a video of footpegs while riding, even with stock springs they still look to loose when you touch them...

Great video. I own a GS 1200 from 2010. Do you know if the lonerider pegs can be fitted on that bike? I can't find them in their webstore

Mich würde interessieren ob die Fußrasten - durch ihre drehbare Lagerung - das sichere Aufsteigen und Absteigen aufs Moped erschweren.

Be careful buying these pegs, although they are well designed and better than the originals..They are not allowed to be used on bikes within Europe without ABE permit res. EC approval. You will loose the driving permit and insurrance will not pay in case of accident through no fault of his own. Unfortunately these pegs are worthless in Europe without the relevant documents.

They seem to be too tall, should have a lower option for the price,

These foot pegs suck. The rubber inserts melt to complete failure. stay away!!
