I love the jar idea! The idea of random convo prompts is really original and fun.
I totally have the same problem as you. It is difficult not to judge yourself using the standards of other people.
For me, I have 2 brothers who are basically perfect. They are fit, good looking, and smart. They are both married to beautiful girls, have nice cars and big houses. One is a medical doctor, and the other is a chemist.
Then there is me.. lol. An overweight college drop out revovering from homelessness & suffering from severe mental health issues.... lol. It's hard not to feel unworthy.
I'm glad you have your wife. It sounds like she is a great support!

I have a topic/question for you for a future video. I have a friend that struggles allot with relationships. I feel like she loves too hard and too fast, and it is really wearing on her. Here is a snippet of our conversation... "It's ok... I'm just really depressed and really the only person I want to talk to is now avoiding me which makes it worse. Thought I was working on something awesome with someone and as usual they got tired of me and now they are gone. I dunno I really think there's something just wrong with me at this point. I just don't know how to be any other way."
