@@rortys.kierkegaard9980 To be fair, he's wearing sweatpants and an undershirt. That's a few rungs below "blue jeans and t-shirt guy"on the golfer evolutionary ladder. So taking full swings on the practice green kinda tracks.
I do appreciate the "explanation" of slope, but I have no idea how the video presentation had anything to do with the subject at hand....really weird...putting with hybrids and irons....makes you think the videographer had no ideas about golf...just an observation.,
The video presentation was just stock footage of people playing. I would consider this to be "filler content" to accompany the main show, which is the narration. Unfortunately, the content of the narration - despite the narrator's awesome baritone voice - only did a so-so explanation of slope rating.
The B-roll they chose in this video had me rolling on the floor. Putting with irons and drivers, nothing matches up to what the narrator is saying. whoever edited this please please please be better. Whoever spent money on making this video, shame on you.
The visuals were so distracting that I largely missed the message delivered. Using wedges and hybrids to putt and, as noted in the below comments, using a hybrid to tee off on a green = no credibility to the message and distracting as well. 13K views and 74 thumbs up....don't quit your day job!
90% of golfers dont care about slope rating of their course they only notice its influrnce in calcluating Handicap index and daily handicap especially if pne plays many different courses, then slope influence. A player might be daily handicap of 18 at a vourse with slope rating of 113, but when plays a new course with slope of 135 the daily handicap could be 22.
HAHAHA 7 min of AI garbage this is unreal. I lost it when they showed the dude with a glove on the wrong hand take a full swing with a hybrid on the practice green. what is this???
The course might be easier if they stop putting with hybrids and irons…
😂😂😂
Looks like a clean, safe course though.
…but it won’t stop them from taking full swings on the practice green…

Guy taking a full swing with a hybrid off of a green! That’s a real credibility builder.
While wearing sweatpants...
You didn't get to the lady putting with what looks like an 8-iron then?

Whoever made this video has literally never seen golf before. hahahaha!!!
Glove on the right hand while the player is a right handed with a hybrid, lol

I never comment but holy crap what a horrible video. It seems ai generated and even the script seems like it was written by ai. Absolute horrific.
It was definitely a I generated - actual ignorance!
You didn’t explain how to take the slope into account in calculating the actual number of strokes a bogey golfer is given.
The narration and stock footage was all AI generated
