Hmm. Hard to say. I think it will depend on game content and who they are supporting. What I can say for sure is that they have different purpose. Min is more likely going to shine in burst window - type lineup (taking into account his weapon too), whereas Isla is more versatile and has a lot to offer other than just buffing for damage (shield, anti-debuff, etc.).
The time is about the same as using Min instead of Isla. Isla is not mandatory for WoBL. but for GB, i'll wait for your testing xD You think she could replace MIn in GB, with Guardian/Slyph maybe?
I have a2 charlotte and a1 harper a1 hansemi but cannot finish however I have a5 mirei and a3 gun hee and cha which works but takes a lot of skill for normal mode. Any advise to make things easier for normal mode?
Hmm. I think the dark team wont work since they really need a3 minimum. For normal mode probably you just need to have much higher TP then it will make things a lot easier.

Im gonna telling u the secret, its all about Total Power. Kaisel = 850k+ easy to beat it Baran = 935k Total Power with gold blessing or 950k Total Power with purple blessing. Sjw arte = curse and beast is a must Rec support = byung/cha/jinchul or harper So, just use all resources u have, all in for inc Total Power.
