Hmm. Hard to say. I think it will depend on game content and who they are supporting. What I can say for sure is that they have different purpose. Min is more likely going to shine in burst window - type lineup (taking into account his weapon too), whereas Isla is more versatile and has a lot to offer other than just buffing for damage (shield, anti-debuff, etc.).

I have a2 charlotte and a1 harper a1 hansemi but cannot finish however I have a5 mirei and a3 gun hee and cha which works but takes a lot of skill for normal mode. Any advise to make things easier for normal mode?

Hmm. I think the dark team wont work since they really need a3 minimum. For normal mode probably you just need to have much higher TP then it will make things a lot easier.

Im gonna telling u the secret, its all about Total Power.
Kaisel = 850k+ easy to beat it
Baran = 935k Total Power with gold blessing or 950k Total Power with purple blessing.
Sjw arte = curse and beast is a must
Rec support = byung/cha/jinchul or harper
So, just use all resources u have, all in for inc Total Power.
