Is there a way to identify from an MRI whether a left-handed patient’s brain hemispheres are reversed in order to target stimulation on the appropriate side? Thank you for posting this, great info about TMS stimulation parameters. Had no idea the direction of the coil made a difference.
You can use TMS to determine which side of the brain speech production is lateralized to. This would be much faster, easier, and less expensive than using fMRI to determine this.
