After taking snapshot with the help of lambda how to transfer those snapshots in S3 bucket automatically?

Interviewer asked me can you write functions in lambda I said "NO", Developer will write the code, Interviewer disconnected the call by saying they need who write a function. But please tell me honestly who write the code like this developer or Cloud engineer. Most of the interviewer are asking about lambda.
In AWS Lambda, the code that is executed is typically written by a developer, and then deployed to Lambda by a Cloud engineer or DevOps engineer.
Lambda functions are typically written in a programming language such as Python, Node.js, Java, or C#. The developer writes the code and tests it locally, and then packages it into a deployment package. The Cloud engineer then deploys the package to Lambda, configures the function's runtime environment, and sets up triggers and permissions.
It's possible that the interviewer was looking for a candidate who not only understands how to use Lambda, but also has experience writing Lambda functions. However, it's important to note that the roles of a developer and a Cloud engineer can overlap in some organizations, and it's not uncommon for a developer to also handle deployment and configuration tasks.
