I was not a fan of Harden in years past. Living on the east coast, I didn’t watch many of his games and when I did, he seemed to always be displaying the new NBA of iso ball, chuck up threes, disregard defense. It bothered me.
Since watching him play for the Nets, the guy is simply UNREAL. He plays with a calm, effortless, smooth style that is remarkable. I was well aware of KD and Kyrie from their brief time in college and appreciated their game ever since. However, Harden is the most important player to this team’s success. Dude is insane. I cannot believe how much I overlooked his brilliance on the court. I think a lot of casual NBA fans are beginning to feel the same way. Ball out Beard!
