    I (as many) have followed Warholm long time and so glad to see him breaking WR that he has been chasing for a long time and at this day he was ready to put his name in the history books.
    You can see the relieve after seeing him passing the line and I've only heard the language is too poor to describe such aspects of life. I can only think of my best expreices and for sure everybody else can do in different ways.
    Respect to Warholm and you that put this up like art. Thank you.

      Both ran amazing over the past few weeks. Both had room to even go faster. The best thing about what's going on with these two is that is set the 400MH to be huge in a few weeks time. Whoever is stronger mentally should win. Personally, I've never seen a 400MH hurdler smack himself around just before the start like Karsten does - like Maurice Greene used to. It's going to be fun to watch them go at it.

  • @T.vango1
    @T.vango1 ปีที่แล้ว

    This was the first time he broke Kevin Young's 29 yr old world record 46.78. Warholm ran 46.70 a little While after this he ran 45.95 in the olympics, another world record. Kevin Young's world record has Karsten beaten atleast 4 times this summer. Both Karsten and Jakob has become better this year and Will set world records again.

    "I would like to thank my shoe manufacturer who have made me a prototype to rival those manufactured by Nike. Without these new spikes there is not a chance in hell that I would have came anywhere near to a World record!"
    Are these new track shoes that are being made by the top sports shoe manufacturers distorting performances?
    The women's 10,000m World record was broken twice within 6 days taking 16 seconds of the original record.
    Take a look at the NCAA Championships. You had 19 year old college students not professionals running times fast enough to have won a medal at previous Olympic games.
    Athletics is in decline at the moment. Nothing like a few World records to drum up interest which will lead to more sport shoes being sold.
    Have you read the Usain Bolt interview with Reuters?
    He had quite a bit to say and he did not hold back.
    Is Athletics turning into Formula One where the guy with the fastest car always wins.
