I really think that when people talk about Scorpio being jealous they need to specify it a little more. We're definitely not jealous of anybody else's lifestyle or how much money they have etc. because we know that we can get the same things maybe even better. I think our jealousy comes out when we are in a relationship and see our significant other flirt with someone or paying more attention to someone else. We always feel that we provide everything that you would need and more so why look elsewhere.

I'm a male Scorpio and would like to add something to those dating a Scorpio that may help you in dealing with them on a
relationship level. I'm sure by now there are times when your Scorpio partner seems to shut themselves off from the world,
they want to be left alone, they lock themselves away, they turn off cell phone, won't reply to text messages and things
of that nature. This may be for a day, weekend or longer. This might not make any sense to you. What you need to realize
is this is the time when we regenerate. If interested please continue reading and I'll explain in my opinion why that is.
Scorpio's are very intuitive and we can read people, especially their emotions very easily. Almost with just a glance and
we already know what your feeling. Apart from that, in conversing with people we seem to be able to draw things out of
people, put them at ease so they want to tell their problems, intimate details of their lives. We put ourselves in your
shoes and feel the emotions your feeling, I mean really feel, on the subject your discussing. Whether a Scorpio knows
this or not it's very draining.
So on those days when you don't understand what's wrong, why they just want to be left alone. My advice, just give them
their space, their time to think, their alone time. Please, please, please don't keep pestering them on what's wrong, they
don't have an answer for you and will probably bite your head off.

Scorpios negative characteristics come from their positive traits. Like they are jealous and suspicious because they are super loyal and they take anything that goes against that very heavily. Also they are so intense and card about getting to the root of things. This intensity can sometimes be off putting. But hey, to a Scorpio nothing is more important than getting down to what's real.
As for Aquarius and scorpio, I've found that Aquarius is very detached whereas Scorpio APPEARS to be detached when deep down they are not. Scorpios seek deep connections. What at first might seem like compatibility between an Aquarius and Scorpio usually turns out to be too much for Aquarius and not enough for scorpio. Scorpio wants more and more and deeper. And Aquarius can't tolerate the depths to which Scorpio wants to take the connection

Spot on! When you say the thing about abandoning friendships without explanation I can really relate. Thankfully I'm not jealous anymore, but I was. Instead of taking revenge, in most cases, I let that the other person drowns in their misery and do nothing. Revenge for me is only in order when something VERY serious happens and is mostly done covertly, slowly and surgically. It is NEVER physical and only meant to teach the other person not to make the same mistake again (with someone else since I'll most always be unavailable after you betray me and don't normally give second chances).
But I can also be extremely empathetic, helpful and sacrify myself for you if it's necessary (without being a martyr), especially if I feel that you need help.
When Hanna says that we are easily influenced I don't think she means we're gullible, she just means that we receive so much information, consciously or unconsciously, that sometimes we are overwhelmed by them and have some difficulty processing them.

Your're nicer to Scorpios than some other people.
I have Sun and Moon in Scorpio (what a laugh that is) but having Mars and Ascendant in Aquarius is so helpful. When the dark, emotional, strike out with the stinger side of me rises, good old Aquarius is there to pour water on the poison and say "calm the hell down".
Scorpios with Aquarius influence become the Phoenix much faster, not least of all because the Eagle represents Scorpio AND Aquarius. Aquarius is also represented by Pegasus. Pegasus is the one who rises above. In other words, see the situation from the outside. Look at all the angles like the Eagle would; from above.
I realized a long time ago that to engage people who harm you - even if its to do them harm they do to you, you are still doing what THEY want because you are reacting to THEM. That is not the way forward. That's regress, not progress. You're still on their terms. Fighting a battle on enemy territory - especially if it's psychological - is the path to ruin. So even though I have Scorpio Sun and Moon, I NEVER take revenge. Never.
Oh the raw power of the scorpio dominated comment section hehehe. I am a scorpio born on november 5th. I am always grateful to hear the perspective of another sign. It helps me grow spiritually and emotionally, so that i can become more empathic and informed in the ways which i am able to positively influence others around me for mutual transformation. I truly enjoy being this sort of underwordly, backbone of the aquarians who take on the lead role of breaking the ice of delusional constructs of living. My father is an aquarius too haha. Our arguments always end abruptly because we both get intense and just have to separate, but i consider him a total bad ass and an inspiration for all he has taught me.

I don't find Scorpios to be as suspicious, jealous, resentful as some other signs. I find aquarius to be all that but they are very good at hiding it and they are master manipulators!
I’m a Scorpio, and yes.. I’m a good at manipulating people, and I like my secrets. I also need personal space and hate when people lie to me or go though my things.
I can attest to the thing about liking deeper connections with few, instead of knowing a lot of people.
I have scorpio very heavy in my chart (scorpio sun, moon, mercury, saturn, and though I am libra rising, pluto is in my first house so even my rising is like a scorpio rising). That being said, I am not jealous and it comes from one single trick. I trust first, and if my person cheats on me only once, that relationship is simply over immediately. This allows me to be at ease since I went all in at the poker table, and I am prepared to lose it all if it comes to that.

Yes, we have the most beautiful constellation in the sky, and we share the center of the Galaxy with Sagittarius - another bright beautiful constellation! Late Scorpios and Early Sags have such a powerful awareness of everything - Happy Birthday to both of my November Sagittarius kids!! Too funny a Scorpio tried for Scorpio twice and barely missed both times!

Good morning Hannah. Pleasure to meet you. I'd like to tell you that I just watched your video here.
First of all, I want to commend you for a very well made video, very thorough, detailed and informative video (the last one for those who aren't Scorpio's).
Secondly, I think you're absolutely bang on. Being a Scorpio myself (born on November 5.th) I do definitely recognize myself in your description of us, that we're passionate, driven, decisive and firm in our belief. One thing though, now this might very well come down to semantics but bare with me my dear... you see, I did react to what you said about being jealous. I don't see myself as being the jealous type, but more so territorial. I do crave things that which I don't have (then again, at the end of the day who doesn't) but even more so, I do viciously at times, protect what's already mine... that might make me seem like a brute but that also could have something to do... and I might be out on a limb here... with me being Scandinavian (thinking of the harsh climate here, especially during the winter).

I am a scorpio. And my daughter a aquarian. She has a loud voice and she likes to be heard. But she has a lot of humor.
Hannah you're so awesome. I hear what you say about Scorpio. I know a few. They're definitely different. I'm a Pisces sun with Libra moon, Mercury in Pisces, ect, and me and my male Scorpio friend co-authored a interesting eccentric convoluted mythology together. It's a lot of fun. I've also been trying to get into relationship with a Scorpio female because she's been affectionate towards me whenever at the end of each date, but... she's got a lot of insecurities because she's 17 years older than me. She's terrified of the age difference between us. I don't personally see it as a problem because I see her as a great conversational person rather than the 57 year old woman whom she sees herself to be. She runs cycles of hot and cold, and advance and retreat. She's the one who requests hugs from me and the hugs are long duration like a hold.
I really like her a lot because we both love that we can be ourselves around each other but she's got a lot of things that bother her and it makes me feel so much compassion towards her. However, it's annoying that she lets the age gap be such a barrier. I just don't think she has to have a lonely tragic fate. It's definitely a challenging endeavor. I really like the companionship and deep meaningful conversations with her and she enjoys when I show warm humane compassion towards her like the time we sat on my porch. She was telling me one of her life experiences and I felt concern for her feelings. So I put my arm around her and she instantly leaned into me and put her head on my shoulder. But she gets so terrified when we're in public and people think she's my mom. The waiter at the restaurant accidentally mistook her for my mom and said, "and what will you and your mother be ordering this evening?" This 57 year old Scorpio female was shocked and terrified of being called a "cougar". The waiter felt so bad for the situation. It's so sad. I enjoy being around her and we enjoy each other but she's got her resentment triggers.
I'm not sure what is going to happen between her and I for the future.
As a Sagittarius I find them very envious, they have a problem with jealousy and control. almost ever Scorpio I've met attacked me first. 1 tried to take this girl I loved, one tried to take my position at work etc. . is interesting because people say they are some how more physic but they fail to realise that all the stuff they do and wish against people is what brings all the pain they go through in this world. Yes they do go through alot of pain. They not able to achieve these high levels I as a Sagittarius can achieve. Do I hate them. No. Because karma is always at work. Pay attention Scorpio. But would I let them in my inner world. No.. they want loyalty, but don't give it. They want to know your secrets, but don't share theirs, they want to control you, but don't want to be controlled. So the universe gives back the same energy they give off. But there aren't given the knowledge to understand why these things happen to them. If you're going through a tough patch, they will sit and comfort you. But say when your flying. Like a Sagittarius does. They can't go up to these levels. It demands too much energy form them. They can't be exuberant, or have a lust for life. They highest they can go is indulging in their 5 senses. It's sad sometimes to see, because they attacked you to hide their insecurity. Yet they aren't rewarded with the knowledge necessary to transcend their insecurities. But, all people deserves to be happy. So I forgive them and move on.

All scorpios got unique memory, remembering all of the moments situations, events, deeds or even things someone said, with the precise mimics, anything that might or had impacted , left an imprint or gave some sort of hint that the scorpio finds significant
Fairly accurate for this Scorpio. Although when you were talking about our ruling planets and describing them you stated that Pluto had the traits of Mars and then you went on with the accurate description for Pluto. As a Scorpio, very easily misunderstood, especially for young age Scorpio; it takes many years for a Scorpio to learn how to deal with so much negative power and learn to transmute it into something much more positive and pleasant to the eye, the taste, the mind, and the heart. Apparently, but only apparently, (I have to highlight it), sometimes and only sometime, we seem to be easily influenced by others, though this is just an illusory trick that we pull occasionally, almost like a "play-time", just one of our secret strategies...hoops, I guess not so much of a secret anymore uh?! It's just an other way for us to ride some waves...not very often though, especially when Scorpio becomes more mature, experienced and more confident of the self. Definitely not a Scorpio fully aligned with his or her own Higher Self. Then that is no longer considered to be "play time," that type of inconsistency is not longer tolerated.
I'm Scorpio. Male. I'm all about learning new things. So I can better understand thing's. So I can ensure that whatever I do in life. Leads down a better path in life. With friends, family & beyond. I believe, we been drafted Life with high difficulty mode. But, because of it we become wise and compassionate, atleast the evolved ones.
I think, all the negative traits are triggered within us, when we are deceived and betrayed. We cannot tolerate that, if a human is transparent, truthful and upfront, Scorpio can easily accept their incapability and forgive.
Problem is, people don't have the spine to stand in their truth but prefer to act.
Consequence is we walk away for the eternity and they lose the love (every ounce of the word) that we provided.
Hope people live with integrity and be closer to truth, that is applicable to us as well. Scorpio knows many things through first hand experiences but people lose us because they are stuck in shallow things and deceive themselves.
We all transform for the collective welbeing of all lives.

skorpia g Yes!! We are known to be the strongest sign and compassionate people-this is why we tend to be very emotional. There is nothing wrong with expecting the care and loyalty you put out. Although we are loving people, when someone is disloyal to us or disrespectful, they may have "hell to pay the captain". I"m not talking about physical harm. I'm speaking of our tendencies to be frank with others, disassociate ourselves, and disregarding in conversations and other forms of communication.
Most Scorpios I know have such nasty attitudes. I have a moon in scorpio so I can see why they act they way they do sometimes, but my sun in Aquarius finds the irrationality of this sign unnecessary.
I'm the opposite of you (Scorpio sun and Aquarius moon) but I agree. I think a lot of Scorpios start out that way but most of them get better with age. I know I had a bad attitude as a kid but I've calmed down a lot and I don't see a reason to act that way anymore.

many are irrational and selfish. i know I used to be. but get to know more scorpios, especially more developed ones. dostoieviski was a scorpio, and he doesnt seem irrational to me. scorpios can be irrational when they only listen to their lower instincts. but the urge to be more truthful and progress, mutate, develop, reborn, whatever you call, is so strong, that a good scorpio will kill all these layers with time, in order to be always more consistent, transparent, more truthful, more fair. a true spiritual cleansing. if we work on the heart, we become more rational and better.

I believe I was due to be a Scorpio. I was due mid October but a preemie. I'm introverted, stubborn and always have my guard up. Trust is something I take seriously. I love horror movies, murder mysteries, and documentaries.
I have Pluto in the First House with a Scorpio Ascendant. Though, I am a sagittarius, I feel I draw a lot of my power from scorpio and pluto. I find I relate a lot more to scorpio than sagittarius when it comes to how I deal with social environments. Most Sagittarians that I know tend to have this drive for adventure, and just want to enjoy what life has to offer. Though I have the same drive, I'm driven more by discovering the hidden and unknown. I like to influence people to take on a dramatic transformation to better their life. Although I have the plutonian power presented right in front of me, but I'm so skeptical of it, I can't seem to except it into my life. This catipiller is still in her cocoon.
