You are right ! Some parts of Kerala and Mangalore regions are called Parashurama Shiristi and even we have place called Kunjar Giri where he has created temples and it is believed that he was medidating there for some time, would be really happy if some one does any research on these places
Legend says that the west coastal region of India has been created by Shri Parashuram. Recently the Parashurama theme park also has been set up in udupi district

Am from Maharashtra my Village is in konkan we have the oldest temple of shree parshuram in Chiplun, even here from my childhood was told that this part of konkan was created by shree parshuram and it's called parshuram bhoomi
South canara is basically is formed by parshuram..as my father in law, parshuram went to kolluru and from there he throwed the axe. The distance which axe travells and finally it falls till that south canara created.

As he ignored in past because of his some actions i think that's hit me a lot. The same things are happening to me as I am having the same skills but it's ignored by the society.
