I love the video - thank you for the info. For anyone searching for these bindings, these are called "twin-loop", and they are metal. If you search for a coil, it is plastic and resembles a slinky. I order thousands of both type every week for work. :)
Nice, tutorial. Your delivery, nice teaching style. You sound as you teach for a living. Great job, great video, wonderful idea. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you simplified the process only one thing, I don't have a clinch machine, had to manually clinch, it worked but the coils are uneven. Appreciate the basic steps though.
Honestly, this is one great method. Perhaps I will try this but add a strip of self-adhesive Tyvek tape to the center before punching the holes to give it some reinforcement. Awesome looking book!
I hope that I can do this. I’ve got a new mini cinch that I want to use to bind a junk journal planner that I’m designing with a Tracie Fox digital kit. I want to put a tapestry cover that hides the binder. I’m a novice so possibly biting off more than I can chew. I’d better practice first.
Man, Tri would have been a perfect opportunity to fix all the stupid dubisms. King Drasil???? Like, why??? What is a Drasil? It's nothing, even in made up fantasy words. What was wrong with Yggdrasil, other than Americans thinking kids are stupid?

Thank you for sharing your video. It's a great help to learn new ways to coil bind a book.
I have been looking for this method for several years. Thank You
