Here’s a huge hint- if you have to cut bread dough use unwaxed dental floss -great for cinnamon rolls, cuts like a dream without squishing them. Slide it under your roll and then cross the ends and pull. I used to make butterhorns all the time and that’s how I cut them. Also works for refrigerator cookies too

Well one of my childhood cats was named peppers and he passed away after I grew up and moved out of my parents house when I was in my young twenties. I rescued Mr. Peppers five yrs. ago or so and of course because he looked a lot like My first peppers, I named him after him.
I'm a pepper and runner for the chef. I prepare a lot on the restaurant's menu. And what it means to be a runner means that I stock up the line for the chefs that they are standing in front of in the kitchen.
