He was in DR but not 5.0 (IDK about 5.1). He had a lot of really good stuff in this game (5.0) but even that stuff wasn’t quite enough to put him on the same level as characters like Steve, Nina and Bryan. He still wasn’t the best at dealing with turtles and he had a 10 frame jab, which did put him at a disadvantage against 8 frame jab characters (which includes the 3 characters I previously mentioned). He was overall somewhere in the upper 5-10 range. He was really good but definitely not the best.

This was basically the Unleashed Heihachi we saw in T7's story mode where he's fighting Devil Kazuya. Even has the old Heihachi twin pistons lol.
Just from the twin pistons alone he would be a force to reckon with on tekken 7.

d/f+2+3 is reactable. They actually nerfed his lows going from T5.0 to DR, as FC+d/f+4 no longer guaranteed anything.
