OMG! You got the best haul! I was there Saturday and I was completely overwhelmed. I could not focus at all. It will be in Raleigh again in 2026 and I am going to prepare!
It was rough to focus.
It will probably not be in Raleigh in 2026, contrary to what shows up in Google search. The AI is misreading the page. It looks like it may have started fixing itself. Look out in April for the 2026 location!

The Retro Curved Pieced Quilts book has been on my wishlist since it came out! Absolutely love the Pyrex bowls!!
I say it's worth the purchase. Especially with getting 15 patterns for what seems to be less than the average price of 2! :D
@@QuiltMeetsWorld oh absolutely it's worth the price! If I'm successful in putting together the 70's Sun Quilt wall hanging, I'm definitely getting the book! I'd love to make even just a block with the bowls and a block with the record to put by our record player.

I have the cassette tape pattern, a lovely friend of mine bought it for me at the Lakeland Florida sewing expo! It’s such a cool pattern!
I saw it and had to have it. One day, I'll make it. Not sure when that will be yet.

The Pyrex bowls pattern looks fun! Many years ago, I bought that very book of Gudren's for the same Lupine pattern. The fabric was purchased at our local quilt show in 2021. Guess I need to get that somewhere on my to-do list! Thanks for sharing your adventure, and congrats on the 1000 subscribers!
When I saw the Pyrex bowls, I knew I had to have the pattern!
Gudren's book looks like it's a lot of fun. I can't wait to break out the kit.

@QuiltMeetsWorld I have a few of Gudren's individual patterns, but I also have a couple of her pattern books. I've made Elvira, Wanda, and Jojo (twice) as well as a couple of her quilt as you go table runners. Her patterns are super, and so is her Stripology ruler!!!

I LOVE TO WATCH VIDEOS OF QUILTCON! I AM NOT A QUILTER, I DESIGN/CREATE CANVAS TOTE BAGS, BUT I LOVE TO LOOK AT QUILTS AND MAYBE NEXT YEAR I WILL GET A CHANCE TO GO SIMPLY TO GET FABULOUS FABRICS! OH THE CANDY! YUMMERS!
Canvas tote bags are fun! I've bought a few screen-printed ones from the same company that I buy most of my tshirts from!

I went to the site my receipt came from, and it's not on there. But, the pattern is called "Radical Cassettes", and I see it on several Etsy and other shops with a simple Google Search. And, the pattern name is TECHNICALLY what you needed :)
Love to hear everyone's experience at Quilt con! Could you turn off your fan next time? Oh... just realized I could just move the picture up and cut it out myself!
Fan for noise or visual distraction?
If it's noise, I'm trying to get my mic settings tweaked for any white noise out there.
If it's visual, I live in Georgia. Turning off my fans outside of December is criminal (and, even in December, it's 50/50 :D)
