20 years in BGC? I grew up there where it once was Fort Bonifacio, it wasn't called BGC in 2004 . Only Metro Pacific Plaza and a couple of super exclusive condos were there, unless you lived in one of those so I guess you're rich. But Fort Bonifacio at that time was just a mini forest and cemetery until the developments started.
