Love this apparition, when science can not explain. Just my thought but if I was in a cave and saw this I would say yes, I see the Virgin Mary how wonderful and a blessing this is but WOW my child is playing with Jesus Christ who is the Son of God, I think I would pass out in bliss! I can't seem to find any reliable account anywhere explaining who is supposed to have done tests proving that this isn't a painting and that the colours aren't pigments or dyes or when this is supposed to have happened. If the claim is being made that many experts have examined it, then surely the least we ought to be able to ask for is that this should be supported by some factual details that are on record?

How large is the image itself?
I can't seem to find any specific information on the supposed scientific investigation ( 6:24 ) of the image. No names of the scientists, no year, no methods used, no scientific report, nothing... Just a vague statement about some "geologists from Germany".
If anyone know of an actual source, a book perhaps that goes into more details regarding the alleged investigation, please do share.
