    Whats the beauty the?not to even mention its our capital. I love my country but I'm not impressed with the with our infrastructures poorly engineered .

    I’m a black American ... my parents took me to Yaoundé in 1976 .. the embassy was close to Bastos lots of rich folks .. My pops wasn’t having that .. we rented an appartment in Mvogbi, on top of a bar and next to the open market ..

      Happy my school is still there ... I helped build the football field there . Also lost my virginity to a beautiful francophone .. I was 14 she was 30 . We went to her Catier .. mud house dirt floor absolutely amazing . Thanks for listening I have too many memories . Still searching for my friends in bamenda and bafoosam . I drive miles to find fufu in this country along with Ngusi and pepper soup !! Too many memories my brother ..

    is cameroon a former desert country, why there so many soil or dust on the roads?

      It's not! Just the color of the soil here! Be mindful though, other towns like Douala or even Limbe don't have the same soil texture as Yaoundé, hence videos from there wouldn't look like this.

    Please don't let your taxi driver drive slower. He needs to drive at normal speed instead of slowing down unnecessarily to avoid congestion and possible risk of accidents during overtaking maneuvers. For your camera it can't be a problem and you will still get your video in good quality.

    I am Dutch but living in Cameroon since 1996. At 5:04 there is the turn to the right to the house where I live. But will build my new house close to the airport soon.

      @@IamGodSon I travelled to many countries for my work. Asia, Soviet-Union and through Africa. I was asked to stay 6 weeks but that is almost 26 years ago. I have my wife, children and grand-children here and love the people in general. I do like the NL but not for living anymore

I also have a new company with friends called "CamFish" for small baby fish and table size fishes. And because I hate "tribalisem and racism", We are 2 Ewondo's, 1 Congolese and 1 Basa. My part is on my wife's name but I am the director

    The streets are looking good, why can't the government do pavements for people to walk. I mean you can't have dusty pavements throughout the city. Pave need to be constructed

    I am working at an office just off the world bank road which leads into this nouvelle route.
    You should have gone towards carrefour and ride along from rond point bastos pass through carrefour towards miniprix bastos. That way you get to show much of the neighbourhood.

    Watching from New York. Born in Bamenda. I have seen very recently several videos of Yaounde including Bastos area. It's an awesome looking area, very beautiful. However there are many others that are equally beautiful. The government did a good job rebuilding the city. Thanks for your video.
