Little fixing (in my opinion, correct me if i'm wrong): - Yushiro did not die, it was only Tamayo who got killed by Muzan - Douma was killed by Shinobu, Kanao and Inosuke, as Shinobu had wisteria poison in her body (more then 10kg i think) - For Kokushibo, without the help of Muichiro and Genya, Gyomei and Sanemi would have died. Therefore, Genya, Muichiro, Gyomei and Sanemi killed Kokushibo - Also, Gyomei likely died due to battle injuries and the fact that he unlocked the Demon Slayer Mark when he was over 25 years old (he was 27) - As for Muzan, Tanjiro held him until sunrise, so Tanjiro and the sun killed Muzan. And the pic says more DKT rather then Tanjiro (human)

Akaza’s head regenerated, but he killed himself after remembering his human memories. Kokushibo killed himself as well since his head had regenerated into a horrifying being. I could be wrong, but this is what I remembered from the manga. I definitely know they weren’t killed by demon slayers, however.
