its not surprising where the new styles on the psr e473 came from, very inspired by the sx900 and psr sx700, even my favorite styles are present, now that I can finally revoice styles I can now see what those sx900 styles would have sounded like if they were native styles on the psr e473, I'm seriously considering purchasing a carrying case for it when I go on gigs as I don't want to have the same issue that my psr e463 and psr 8000 had

However I am kinda confused between psr sx700 and korg pa700. There is no video on internet showing all the styles of korg .

Thank you so much. I am looking to purchase a newer keyboard to use with my songs, and this really is helpful. Most of my compositions are folk, country, pop rock, so this fits the bill. The Yamaha PSR SX 900 seems light years ahead of my old Kawai and Roland E09 for MIDI files which I have back ups on my computer using the ancient "Musictime" program.

I just got sx700. But not able to find style recommender on the keyboard. I had it on psr s770. Website says that there is a style recommender feature on both sx700 and sx900. Could you help me to locate it? Many thanks.

I hope someone will convert these styles for Tyros 4 I already got Genos styles for Tyros 4. I don't know why but Genos and this keyboard's drums sometimes sounds unrealistic for me.
Unrealistic?? That’s an insult, the drums are great on Genos and the SX900, obviously the Genos drums are better, but the SX900 drums are not far off of sounding the same. I still have my Tyros 4 but it’s nearly 10 years old now, maybe get a better keyboard, like this one or the Genos and don’t underestimate Revo drums
Maybe my ears are broken :D also i got Tyros 4 less than a year ago. I also got a PSR-A1000 which was made in 2002 and we bought it in 2007. Yes. In Azerbaijan we are buying everything late. (btw i only found Tyros 4 on Ebay there are no local Yamaha dealers to sell newer keyboards. Azerbaijani people are Korg fans because of sampling...)
Actually the drums on this keyboard are actually quite good especially for a mid range keyboard. Although Tyros 5 features audio styles which are actual live recordings of musicians playing drums and percussion but with Genos Revo Drums feature wave cycling. Tyros 3 and Tyros 4 also have decent drums and some of those drum kits are also on this keyboard.
Sorry for the late reply but thank you for your comment! This is a great keyboard for singing along with piano songs, it has vocal harmony with synth vocoder as well so you have the best of 2 options for the microphone, it has great piano sounds including the upright piano, and great style backings! You can also connect a guitar to the keyboard via microphone input, there is a switch at the back of the keyboard in which you can toggle between microphone and guitar. Hi, thanks for the reply.... how would that work? does it generate another style for you ? or, d would you actually choose on of its drum beats and record that into the 8 track sequencer and build it up from there?
You can choose any drum kits and sounds for the 8 tracks of the style by going to the menu, and selecting style creator, you can select parts from different styles, or you can create one completely from scratch recording parts for each track

Huseyn Memmedov Personally, I prefer RealDrums and PowerKits to RevoDrums. For me, they have more keyboard sound characteristics.

Yoy can, but a lot of them will need revoicing because of the new sounds etc
