Beautiful articulation and phrasing together. Beautifully executed clarinet and baritone lines! And this is from a retired band director (29 years). Lovely. Beautiful foot work with the auxiliary!

EXQUISITE is all I can say for Mt.Carmel! You can literally hear every note each instrument is playing. And don't get me started on the Auxiliary Units!( sorry I'm old school) They ALWAYS bring a fresh approach each year; No Tall Flags, just id, rifles and pennants!? Just BEAUTIFUL!

Congratulations on an excellent performance! Your performance of Glorious Victory is perhaps the Best so far. I'm a little biased as I performed this in 1975, which I believe was the first time in an SCSBOA Competition with West High Warrior Band (before the name was changed to "Entertainment Unit"). Your balance, and dynamics with this march are the best I've heard in years. Especially the trumpets in the trio, in which I could hear all the parts! You have much to be proud of!

Awesome music. This marching band was excellent. The percussion was soft and not over powering allowing us to hear all the instruments. The marching was executed rows and diagonals were straight. Job well done. Your hrs of practice paid off

Wow - great job. Wish my high school band could have been half that good. You truly had it going on back in 2017.

I've been listening to this over and over again. Is it me or is that quarter note in the intro (right before that silent measure) really over exaggerated?
From what I recall, it was a bit of a joke at the time, but that was what they called the Tom Cole quarter note.
    I LIKE it👍

Porteno1924 ... I know what you mean about the “Tom Cole” quarter note!!! He was my band director when I marched with MC. He always knew what notes to place more emphasis on. He was awesome!

coming from East Texas where we love our military bands, these Californian bands usually (from what I've seen) fall on their face when trying to march and play in the military style. This band was the exception, however. the ensemble sound was fantastic, the intonation was fantastic and the lines were almost perfectly straight, good job
