I have the Asus 540hz monitor for 7 months now and i can tell you its not a big difference from 280hz i had before but for the few shots in the match when the enemy cant even see you in time its worth every penny.
Good to hear this, we didn't give the pros all the time in the world to test this but I'm sure when they eventually get their hands on one it will be night and day
We left DyAc off of all the monitors just to make the tests purely based off of refresh rate we worried that adding DyAc 2 on the 540 would make it a lot more obvious to the pros.
You said that a 4060 is good for a 240 hertz monitor, and a 3060 is good for a 144 hertz monitor, but in reality, the 4060 is barely better than the 3060. If you can run 240 hertz with a 4060 in whatever game you are playing, you can probably run 240 hertz with a 3060 too.
Really depends what game you’re playing to see if you can get 240hz just gotta do ur hw first to see if it’s cpu or gpu based games . Overall 3060 will be good for a 240hz
It doesn't necessarily give you less delay. But I see your point. The overall point of this video was if it's worth it's price point, especially in comparison to the other monitors mentioned and it is highly unlikely the average user will get 540fps consistently. If you have a slow computer and the monitor, you still just have a slow computer.
We realised we didn’t mention in the video but this pc gets 500+ fps solid (600 average) on CS2. The ryzon 7 7800x3D with ddr5 ram is one of the best you can get for cs!
Ofcourse it will,@@LoadoutMedia these things always depreciate in value but it should have launched at 360hz launch value or closer, ultimately replacing it.
Video production goes crazy. Dude deserves wayyy more views
Thank you 💙
so real
This video deserves 1M+ views. But I suspect nowadays youtube shadowbans content which goes against its sponsors $$$

Good to know think I’ll get it
did you test with dyac 2 ?

@@LoadoutMedia Without Dyac 2 this 540hz monitor is crap . Dyac is what making Zowie monitors Special.

Correct, I had a 3060 and ran 240hz perfectly it was amazing .

how r7800x3rd cant get 540 fps, and how did u test 540hz then if it cant reach?
wasn't highlighted well in the video but the PCs average 600 fps, not dropping below 500
@@LoadoutMedia in cs2? what about in ow2 on low settings, and does it drop below 540fps in big fights?
Cool vid but youll get peak motion clarity regardless with 480hz oled ☝️🤓 7:56
Good to note!
that's why I recently settled with 240hz. My RTX 4060 and i7 laptop cannot push frames beyond 300 in Valorant.
underrated video
🤝
depend what games u like and play and how much those games can support, the higher the better. only if ur system can run it tho.
gah dang this is underrated
🙏
No but it makes you have less delay so it’s worth it. Do you want a slow computer or a faster computer ?

Do you want a low energy bill or a high energy bill? Do you want less strain on your CPU and GPU or more strain on your CPU and GPU?
@ had to learn this the hard way lol
why didnt you get a better pc for this experiment 😅

benq 540hz is overpriced, it should replace 360hz launch price or be closer to that range.
Maybe they will come down in future?

first
Someone clearly has a 540hz refresh rate
who is that attractive young man at the start?
alas a mystery
Wtf!
second
too slow
I could easily guess all of these correctly. easily.
It was a lot harder than you'd think, the pros said the same thing!
