Hi autumn. I don’t know if anyone has suggested, but you can try a taller sided cat litterbox for Luna to keep her from spreading the hay everywhere. My bunnies did the same thing and the tall sided box stopped it instantly. My buns are seniors too and they don’t have any problems getting in or out.
We use the pine pellet from them also for our gpigs litter box. If you find damaged bags they will sale them normally for a dollar. I never have much luck but maybe you will in the future. Plus you can always ask them.

No I don’t think so! Rabbits really do need companionship. Even though she’s doing binkys, most of the day she’s really not very active. She mostly sleeps. The binkys could be for a variety of reasons, doesn’t mean she’s happier alone. You should always try to bond your rabbit with another before writing them off as “happier” as a single rabbit
