There's a story about that. The actor dressed differently to play the conductor who was a different character from Flitwick.. Then the next movie, they didn't realize that wasn't his usual look and dressed him that way again even though he was playing Flitwick again.

As amazing as the entire series was, I honestly wish that Neville had more screen time because he appears in the series as more than what he got in the movies. I really feel like he got shorted, so did Dean and Seamis

The thing I was most impressed with was Helena's scene where she's playing Hermione - who is playing Bellatrix. She did a fantastic job of that scene. Until I stopped and thought about it - it was like I was really watching Hermione pretending to be Bellatrix. Then I'm like - no ... that's in not Emma Watson - that is Helena Bonham Carter. I'm not surprised that Helena and Emma worked really hard to pull that off. That's the best bit of acting in the whole series - especially when you contrast that to Helena playing Bellatrix! .

I’m not sure if my favorite scene is the showdown between Mrs. Weasley, and Bellatrix after Fred’s death, or if it is The one where Lucius is in Dumbledore‘s office after the Diary has been destroyed. The conversation that Lucius, and hairy have is absolutely incredible! Just think the entire thing was unscripted. You could have tricked me into thinking it was in the script.
