You can see even professional players like Cai Yun suffers from waist problem and Fu Haifeng with knee problems when they smash a lot...It will be greatly helpful for non-professional players like us to know how to treat our bodies better! I used to have knee problems from badminton jumping and lunges. Knee over toes training and internal rotation stretching helped me be pain free on the knees. You could check out the zero program it's free on TH-cam. I highly recommend it! It feels great playing badminton knowing I won't injure my knees
Yeah it's expensive for sure, new racket, shoes shuttles and a being a member of badminton club/accademy it gets pretty expensive really fast. I lost soo much money in badminton in just 1 month when I started playing.
