I just want to answer the negative comments here on fb and you tube that the REO brothers have no originality. I have personally watched their concert a few times and I saw their dedication and sincere performance in front of people and seeing all of us happy when we went home after the concert. This is my justification to them as a common fan and ordinary Filipino who admires the aspiration or purpose of the REO Brothers to perform to the usually senior citizens who are Pinoys or foreigners who watch their concert instead of young people their age. First of all, they want to entertain and inspire older people, not because they have the money to pay for the concert. They are happy to see the senior citizens they watch happy because they remember the time when they were teenagers. And the financial cost of tickets or going to the venue has no effect on them because they just want to have fun. Unlike if the REO Brothers hold a concert in front of teenagers who are still in school or millennials / yuppies who have just started working, if they spend money on tickets or flights to the venue (although not expensive) there is probably a burden theirs. It's not that I underestimate their ability to spend money to watch a concert. Doesn't the concert performer get rid of the guilt that the money spent by the youth was instead of helping their parents or family, who made them suffer just so they could finish school and get a job? With such an attitude, the REO Brothers feel that way, so they brothers in the band will continue to entertain their senior citizens who are concert goers, so that at least the last stages will be happy and memorable for the rest of their lives by listening and watching in person. of the music of their youth. This is just my opinion, I hope no young people will be angry with me. Long live the talented Filipinos. Long live the REO Brothers! Keep on performing Guys! KUDOS!!!! 🤩🤘👍

You will love them for their dedication to their craft, specially RJ who started it all, his passion for music is terribly amazing, sharing it to his brothers in all humility, he has an ear for every instrument he plays, plays it well, by practice making it perfect almost. As what he said in an interview, he only wants to make people happy, that's why they catered to the oldies music not so much on the new genre. But they play those music too. Amazing Raymart when he rendered the song Imagine by J Lennon!! His voice has an undefined magic’s which can give peace for one’s mind. He is amazing with that song, and his mesmerising vocals. In addition to that he is really likeable and pleasant spokesperson in the band and establish genuine connections with the crowd especially during the last 2 songs. He invites the crowd to stand and join them singing. In the meanwhile, what I like about Raymart he always show kindness and respect introducing all his brothers to the crowd especially the youngest. These guys are superb! Anyone who knocks them as just a cover band, doesn't know music and how different it is to cover the different bands and songs that they cover and do it so superbly. There are many cover bands and many on TH-cam that are excellent, but what stands out about the Rio Brothers is that they cover other groups and songs with only four or five of the same musicians, where other bands rotate musicians in and out of the lineup depending on the song. Anyone who thinks what the Rio Brothers do is easy or dislikes what they do, should look elsewhere for the music that they like.
love these boys. pure talent and not diluted sound. plenty of bands who do covers in youtube are cheaters using autotune technology and magix. they are just good actors but their music is enhanced by the sound/ audio mixers using music software. these boys are genuine. cant wait to watch them in person.

Kudos to RJ he was the one who taught all 4 brothers to play different instruments. He said, when they were starting, they made some of their instruments like drums. They have come along way . Now they can buy good quality instruments that makes their talent even better close to perfection.

Same here. I’m a musician, used to play piano in a band, (some Beatles songs) back in the 1970s - I have deep appreciation for what it takes to reproduce the sounds so authentically. All of the brothers are so talented, so amazing! ❤
Oh man, REO Brothers are my man & kind of band I want to see more any day! . 👌👏 I was lucky to be one along with my great buddy with me on the audience last night to see & witness these gifted brothers from the Philippines performed how insanely good they are with their cover songs of the Beatles, the Bee Gees, the Beach Boys, the Hollies to name a few. To them being known in TH-cam platforms, we finally see them all come in Bay Area LIvE to share their talents & skills with our fellow Filipino community. Of course, since the REO bros were here on foreign land, I had seen some of them watched, dancing along, grooving on the music and just having fun. My take was when Reyno (I don’t know if I get his name right) the drummer, did the falsetto covering the Bee Gees songs was so hard rock solid sounds I ever heard of on live concerts I have been to, my jaw drops in awe! I couldn’t help then finding myself on my feet standing up after that performance giving them standing ovation. It was deafening to hear the crowds respond when Reyno hitting those high notes effortlessly and it was insanely beautiful. It gets wilder. The REO Brothers sounds great, they delivered well & they did not disappoint. I was able to shake hands of the 3 band members and they seem to be nice people. Even the sound system technician (an American guy) have wrapped up the REO Brothers performance saying: I’m sorry to my words but the REO Brother are “BADASS”! complementing them in a good way. Sulit. Panalo. !!!

Nong nagpa opera ako ng macular hole, sa retina, sobrang hirap ng pinagdaanan ko for almost 4 months. Pero bukod sa pagdadasal ko sa Diyos, ang REO brothers ang nagpagaan ng mga hirap na naranasan. Pinakikinggan ko lang sila, kasi di ako pwede manood. Isa sila sa mga dahilan kung bakit gumaling ako. Ang isa sa mga dreams ko ang makita sila ng persona. Sana makapanood ako ng concert nila. There’s another group who covers Beatles called Fab Four. In my opinion they’re also good but for me it feels they are trying hard to sound like Beatles on the other hand Reo Brothers have more feel to singing the Beatles songs, it comes out naturally for them, they’re the Reo Brothers who just love to sing Beatles songs & others.

Have not heard of them until I saw their concert in LA. Now I am hooked…no day passes without hearing them. I have shared their videos with families and friends. Looking forward to their next US concert. I love RJ’s talent to play lead guitar and keyboard (& with the techno effects!)

Nakakaiyak din po husay nila, my heart was bursting with tears and joy. Extra beautiful vocals and instrumentals almost perfect. Their harmonies are excellent. Passion, dedication, stamina and enthusiasm are always present in every performance they make big and small venues.

There’s another group who covers Beatles called Fab Four. In my opinion they’re also good but for me it feels they are trying hard to sound like Beatles on the other hand Reo Brothers have more feel to singing the Beatles songs, it comes out naturally for them, they’re the Reo Brothers who just love to sing Beatles songs & others.

Have not heard of them until I saw their concert in LA. Now I am hooked…no day passes without hearing them. I have shared their videos with families and friends. Looking forward to their next US concert. I love RJ’s talent to play lead guitar and keyboard (& with the techno effects!)

Nakakaiyak din po husay nila, my heart was bursting with tears and joy. Extra beautiful vocals and instrumentals almost perfect. Their harmonies are excellent. Passion, dedication, stamina and enthusiasm are always present in every performance they make big and small venues.

What i thought Chicago gigs already good 👍 but this one looks better.thanks uploader.i mean sound better.sir Joel i enjoy it now 10:05 Manila time p.m.since they were in California the organizers or those promoted the show should have let them sing Kokomo, beachboys song or Ventura highway to give respect to the people of California and to have some kind of California sound summer vibes and honor the home of surf sounds.also ventures surfs will do good as part of their repertoire.
Some song owners are notoriously stricter than others with copy rite issues.

for me total package.anyband cant pruduce a lot of cover unless u practice a lot.
