Mage alter time is the coolest recovery and best self heal. You save your current health and location then click again and you are back in full health and set location. Ofc it can backfire becouse it force trigger after 10sec and the area may be bloated with area effects
I fully agree and I say that as a M+ player who has lots of (in my opinion) required addons. The thing is, the game is fun for me once you got everything set up but it's true that the game should be designed in a way that either addons aren't necessary at all or should come as preset functionalities.
Again why are you showing and talking about these add-ons. Knowing your teams cooldowns was bad enough as that information should be given through talking or other communication, but freely knowning when an enemy ability is coming off cooldown can be looked at like your cheating for knowning information that you don't normally have access to. Blizzard has stayed mostly quiet on this but this add-on and others like it are the reasons M+ has become as hard as they are. You are almost giving away KSM and the portals away to anyone at this point if they can just play nice in a team even in a pug.

Nature’s vigil heals for a wetnoodle on trash, considering it only heals on direct single target damage. It’s a terrible spell now.

WoW is such a terribly designed game, it's straight up required that you download third party addons to make it playable, ridiculous really.

This isn't even remotely true. You can do all these things without a ton of add-ons. You just have to pay attention to casts.
