Captain America and Dr. Strange are B or A tier characters. Still a great player and definitely not the strongest characters but they're not "low tier"
@@sebastienmonette6659 I think Phoenix is probably a B tier, arguably a C or A tier. He isn't good until he gets into turnabout mode which then makes him arguably the best character in the game. However, you have to get into turnabout mode by collecting 3 pieces of evidence and it's totally random so it's hard to succeed with him at high levels but it is possible Sorry to say a lot you already know, wanted to explain my line of thinking
