Ian Johnson Thanks for the input, i guess the difficulty for me is how to gauge what is considered high or low commission. Base + 10-20% commission- would this be considered high or low commission? and lets say its a technology sales type where as in your second example of High base low commission may be the case. I need a base understanding to be able to negotiate appropriately. Thanks for the input.
