One thing I have found that has been very helpful is reminding myself that self care is not always fun. Maybe I don't want to get my homework done early, but it is a form of self care because my future self will have less stress. It has been a great mindset shift for me!

i did not realize how much i needed this motivation to organize my life. i'm starting a new job on monday, still doing college, and making videos every week (or trying to). i really need to get back into writing in my planner because i honestly forgot how to have a routine and keep myself in check

Ooooh yes. Sunday has always been kind of detox day for me, I’ve never done homework on Sunday, I try not to be on my phone/social media, I spend time with my family. It’s honestly really nice and I’m glad it has been helping you get everything together.
I don't have like a weekly set routine but I make sure to always prioritise my (mainly mental) wellbeing. I'm (hopefully!) coming out the other end of years of 'out of control' mental disorders. Out of school and now with a flexible uni timetable, I can genuinely just be so gentle with myself.. kinda grateful that my first year out of highschool was this year because I've been able to focus on myself so much
