How ironic that Panacea Waterfronts, LLC publishes this video taken on Bottoms Road yet they support the development of this same road destroying what they purport to admire.
Tim, what are you afraid of? Your community depends on “ out of towners” without these people’s money your community stores would not survive ! Look around you , the local demographic says the majority of locals are below the poverty line , Which means they depend on the Government and there money is to survive , therefore those businesses can not and will not survive without monies coming from outside your local community. These people don’t want to change anything, that’s a close minded person to believe a few people can change a lifetime of culture. It will Not happen now nor ever . By not changing anything I guess all the dilapidated mobile homes With yards that appear to be graveyards for old cars and junk are the ones your depending on to keep your community alive , Not happening Tim, Your community needs tax money to survive !!
@@tommyluke6407, mostly afraid of people like you who value money over everything else. Every small town in America need not be turned into a bright light, fast food pit stop. Trading our pristine environment and coastal treasure for the almighty dollar is narrow minded and a fool's errand. PS ...The developers LOST. Bottoms Road remains a NWR.
You are missing the point, It’s not about you , it’s about the businesses and communities that depend on “out of state money “ your local economy is non existent Without our money. Your worried about changes that will never happen . Please tell me your not a Democrat, if you are that explains everything.
