Nice vid! Quick correction on core specs I think you had the numbers backward: RG is 2.48 and Diff is .052 I have this ball and have been trying to figure out where it fits amongst my other pieces before I give up on it. Watching you roll it across those various areas of play was super helpful and reassuring (I cannot keep this thing on line playing anywhere up the right like some seem to manage in my league, looks like this is may be a nice transition piece for me to open the lane up once I build some trust up with it). Keep up the nice work & thanks for the great content.
So i've watched just about every video of yours at this point and it never gets old watching the different shapes and seeing how they move as you move left. You have some serious consistency. I do have one question, what's your average ball speed? Hell of a setup you got there. Any chance you'd be willing to do a comparison video with this ball and the summit? Does it even make sense to compare asym vs sym? Newer to bowling so I apologize if my questions are dumb. Keep up the good work. Really enjoy watching these.
Thank you for your comment! That is very nice of you to say 😊 In answer to your questions, my ball speed is usually around 18-19 off my hand if I’m playing up the boards and then it goes down a little the further I move to the left. There’s been times when I’m averaging 20 off my hand if the conditions are drier, but usually I’m around 18ish. So the Summit is a symmetrical hybrid and the Blackout is an asymmetrical pearl…so a comparison for those two probably wouldn’t work well because they are two completely different shapes meant to do different things if that makes sense. Yes I’m very thankful for this setup and try to utilize to help others locally who otherwise wouldn’t have access to this technology. Thanks again and I appreciate you watching!!
The Ruby will not flare as much as the VEBO. The Ruby is more of a control ball where the VEBO has more backend. Both could be in an arsenal since they create different shapes. Thanks for watching!!
I just picked up the zen gold label a couple weeks ago and looking for a asym pearl to replace my etenity since i dropped down a weight and this ball looks very like it would fit perfect in my bag.. Summit/Zen gold label/Blackout a soild 3
I'm Debating or not between this ball or the DNA Coil, for a replacement to the Nuke cell, and the VEBO is strong like the nuke but still angular if you have to get more left, then the DNA coil is weaker but more backend, But also depends on what the bowling expo releases I'll have to see but what you Recommend
Thanks for your question! Of those two based on what you have, I would get the DNA coil. It’s a really ball and more versatile than the VEBO. If you like the nuclear cell, you should look At the excell coming out. It’s more geared towards the bowlers who like the nuclear cell line. Thanks again and thanks for watching!
@TrueHouseBowler That ball is nice, but I want a pearl the X-Cell is kind of like a less stronger proton in my opinion, I hope the X-Cell Sells good, so they come out with a pearl. And then I can get that, But all look into more of the DNA coil, And all keep an eye out for if they release more stuff for the expo
Yep. The pin down definitely flared less and I do have one that’s pin up and it’s definitely sharper off the spot than this one in the video. I usually don’t match up well with pin down pearls so I thought I’d give it a shot lol. Thanks for watching!!
@@TrueHouseBowler hey is there any chance you can make a video with the pin up because most Bowlers are going to use pin up on a house shot. Would luv to see that! Jim
@@TrueHouseBowler that would be great if you could, I'm thinking about getting that ball myself and having it drilled with the pin just above the bridge about half an inch to an inch

The Dark Code is my favorite ball of all time. Since DC is discontinued I’m seriously thinking to get this. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the great content. How do you feel about this vs the IQ Ruby

I've been drilling pin down and its great. So far its been good on my eternity pi and Tour D

Not thrilled about the pin down reaction, but would love to see this ball with pin up maybe just above the bridge

Possibly. Let me see what I can do 😊

Nice! Keep in mind that on asymmetrical balls, the mass bias location is just as, if not more important, than pin location for ball reaction. 👍🏾
