If I can give a strategic tip, equipment cards (the purple ones) are beneficial, have effects that stay for the whole fight, and they stay in your deck until you use them, so I'd say it would be a good strategy to just use them as soon as possible, to both get the effect early, as well as removing them from cluttering your deck :) I see you were sad about killing the hurt creature: that's because you used an attack card. If you want to feel better about that encounter next time, remember, it's HURT so... :D
