I used to laugh at people 20 years ago and when I see anyone even non Pakistani I sympathize with that person . My friend humanity is the biggest religion in the world . Unfortunately in Pakistan all problems started when General Zia in 1980s gave power to Mullahs(Islamic fundamental Muslims ) . My father was a professor and vice chancellor in Pakistani universities and we all went to study in good schools and universities. I am Pakistani and my wife is Italian catholic. The worst thing that destroys a nation that it's leaders pound religion on them via media and they promulgate islamization rather than improving the socio-economic conditions of a common man . India today is successful due to literary and economics. They were united since 1947 . You had great leaders like Gandhi jee who is one of my favorite leaders . As a moderate Muslim I can say that Democratic power is powerful than religious power . You won that war among various religions in United India. Unfortunately Pakistan lost that war
