The silence, the lack of piano, the lack of singing, it all reminds them that she's not here anymore. I'm sure they've gotten better over time, but... I'm going to be honest... I wasn't a fan of Christina because I never knew of her. I heard what happened and I was blown away. I sat down and listened to her music and I wish I had known of her before. She was amazing and didn't deserve what happened to her. But now, she's safe from all that bad stuff. She's safe from the pain and misery. We shouldn't be crying, we should be celebrating because she stepped to a whole new level. Now she can sing for the Angels. Heaven needed her more than we did. That's why she's gone. She didn't deserve to cross that new level the way she did but she's happier. She's smiling brighter than ever. She's looking down on all of us. I didn't say that we should celebrate that she died but we should celebrate that she's now and forever will be safe and happy, no more tears and no more heartbreak. Because her voice is absolutely amazing but it makes me sad that the only reason I now know about her music is because she was murdered. If she hadn't, I probably would have gone the rest of my life without hearing her voice. So even though her death is beyond tragic and it's something that never should have happened, hopefully her friends and family can still find comfort in that her voice will still move and inspire people for many more years to come
Agreed, I have never heard of her until she was murdered but wow she was talented. So young... I've listened to this song 3 times on a loop; what an amazing voice. The world is a little bit darker without a voice like this to lighten it up.

I used to listen to this girl all the time a few years ago and I absolutely adored her with all my heart. Some time later though, I slowly started losing interest and eventually stopped listening to her completely and just forgot about her.
A few hours earlier, I found out that she'd been murdered and my heart just dropped because I remembered how much I loved her and I couldn't believe a girl so radiant and talented with so much life ahead of her could die such a horrible death. It just goes to show that it can happen to anyone, no matter how kind and sweet they are and it's absolutely heartbreaking.
Rest easy, Christina, and thank you for all the good music and memories. You'll be missed greatly.
I used to listen to her music too a few years ago and also sort of lost interest. Now and then I would listen to some of her songs, but eventually I kind of lost interest. I literally just found out about everything, this is horrible..

She was shot at a fan signing after one of her concerts. Her brother tackled the shooter but the shooter managed to turn the gun on himself and committed suicide.
