Surely though (and I know this is many months afterwards and he has since removed the copyright order) that the criticism of a game would help them as game developers? Take that criticism to better yourself. It's one thing to say "You're completely useless and may as well never do this again because you just suck at making anything worthwhile" and another thing entirely to say "Lack of options in the menu screen, bad coding, poor rendering etc." The latter is criticism, but not outright hostility. I have wanted to be an author since I was young and always took criticism to heart, now I use it to my benefit. Honestly, can a "professional" games developer not see that all these criticisms should be used constructively and then use them to better himself and his team. Everyone starts out with a piece of trash. It takes a better person to accept critics opinions and use them to make that piece of trash into a work of art.
I’m just now watching this video and it hurts seeing a video from 8 years ago still being so relevant. Look at The Act Man, who wasn’t even brought down from a company but from a different TH-camr.

Original "Garrys incident" video - 476k views The video made by TB after the producers get TBs video taken down - 3.1m views There's a lesson in all this for all you producers out there.
Pirating and copyright infringement are two very different things, that people disagree with for an entirely different set of reasons. I'm not passing judgement on anybody, I just wanted to make that clear. Pirating is not copyright infringement, selling pirated copies of games is.
pondwhale I know. Pirating as when you torrent something is considered as sharing. You own something and you want to share it for those who can't afford it. While copyright infringement is GETTING A PROFIT of something patented/copyrighted. Right? CMIIW
This incident of garys incident has not only made me avoid their game by over 500% from a maximum of 100%, but also introduced me to TotalBiscuit. In a way Wild Games Studios have actually promoted TotalBiscuit and demoted themselves for acting like children and abusing the system. This could all be solves if they did one simple and easy thing: Make a better game. And I know hard it is to fix a broken game (having made a few games myself) but part of the fun in game developing is fixing the game from bugs; its what beta testers are for and honestly they made something worse when they could have fix the game themselves.
When you get right down to it, what TotalBiscuit is really talking about are corporations both large and small abusing TH-cam's copyright takedown system to censor content providers and ban their channels. He's standing up for the people who don't have the resources to fight back. That is commendable, and speaks highly of his character. I give both my like and a subscribe in support.
Couldn't agree more. It makes absolutely no sense for a company to censor and discourage what is essentially free advertising for their products. Its ridiculous, backward and frankly just wrong.
I just hope Google has noticed this video/will notice this video and listen to it. I hope that by commenting on it, I somehow make it slightly more noticeable and powerful.
I think they probably have seen it, just like they have seen all the hate against the comment system and the hate about the new layout about a year ago. Trouble is, however, they don't want to listen to it and would rather do their own thing. I guess they have a "Don't like it? Don't use it" attitude about these things :/
This video came up on my recommendation list and I broke out into tears. Miss you so much TB, it was hard sitting and watching this again after all these years. I can only imagen how you would be handleing the nonsense in todays gaming.

Oh TH-cam, why you recommend this to me. No need to remind me TB is no longer with us...
We miss you terribly TB. The internet isn't the same without you.
What a classic. Miss you John!
Miss you TB, I still watch some of your videos to get to sleep for comfort.
I’m just now watching this video and it hurts seeing a video from 8 years ago still being so relevant. Look at The Act Man, who wasn’t even brought down from a company but from a different TH-camr.
TH-cam recommended this vid, I have to come here to pay respects. Miss you TB, the gaming community really isn't the same without your scathing yet honest opinions.
haha exactly the same
R.I.P TB. We will miss you friend.....
Hello recommended. Miss you TotalBiscuit, my introduction to TH-cam.
Same random recommended video. Miss him
We still miss you 😢
Why what happened to him? Did he quit?
@@TotallyRoyal he passed away 2018
Im brand new to this channel and the first thing I hear is about his tragic passing. I can't believe it...
Original "Garrys incident" video - 476k views
The video made by TB after the producers get TBs video taken down - 3.1m views
There's a lesson in all this for all you producers out there.
This is why I don't feel bad being a pirate. NO ONE CARES ABOUT COPYRIGHT!
I'm a pirate, what did you expect?
Catalistic YARR YE SCURVY DOG! ..what do you mean 'not that kind of pirate' ?
'YO HO HO, you dont actually say that?'
RiP TB. Your reviews made me question everything gaming. For that i will never forget you.
I miss you total biscuit
lol 5 min later all of those videos are taken down
You just tore this guy a new one, the cool calm collective and condescending way hahaha my favorite. Bravo bravo!
The best thing i love about this is that hes stays sort of calm through this
I love how even 10 years later, its still the truth..
thanks for everything TB, i will greatly miss you..
How unprofessional of wildgamestudios.
And how professional of TotalBiscuit
This was the video that introduced me to you Bain. I hope you enjoyed your life brother.
lol I would love to hear this video ruined Wild Games Studio

When you get right down to it, what TotalBiscuit is really talking about are corporations both large and small abusing TH-cam's copyright takedown system to censor content providers and ban their channels. He's standing up for the people who don't have the resources to fight back. That is commendable, and speaks highly of his character. I give both my like and a subscribe in support.
Ill always miss and remember you, TB.
Couldn't agree more. It makes absolutely no sense for a company to censor and discourage what is essentially free advertising for their products. Its ridiculous, backward and frankly just wrong.
8 years on, this problem is still present. You're missed more than you could ever have known you would be.
They probably did notice it, but I think breaking youtube's UI and forcing Google+ integration is higher on their priorities... for some reason.
damn man we miss you more every year
MY GOD HIS VOICE IS FUCKING BRILLIANT!
STANLEY PARABLE FOR YOUUUUU MY FRIEND
This video came up on my recommendation list and I broke out into tears. Miss you so much TB, it was hard sitting and watching this again after all these years. I can only imagen how you would be handleing the nonsense in todays gaming.
We need a new video site, period
Twitch has been awesome.
Ladders Are My Favorite
So awesome! They haven't had any moderators banning people at will for weeks.
***** and also Nico Nico Douga, it's also a mainstream.
Or maybe just a boycott to make TH-cam take off their earplugs.
Of course, the TH-camrs can temporarily ask for donations to support themselves if they need to.
'Cynical' Brit ? 'Spot On' Brit more like !
Well said and extremely well put.
Such a devastating loss to the gaming community RIP
RIP my Friend!
Needed a reminder of why you will always be BOSS!
