Going too slow on RC and LG could be a result of a lot of a different things, but the number 1 thing to focus on is to make sure to spend enough time on the setup in LG and the passage read in RC - if you have a strong command of those, the questions will go faster. Many test takers end up going too fast through the setup portions and making mistakes or forgetting about rules, or misinterpreting the author.
Psychologically this helps. So it makes it one big section rather than two

Yes, usually = most. Same with "probably."
