Great footage, but please be aware that as a drone operator you have a duty of care towards the public and one safety rule you should always follow is to operate your aircraft within visual line of sight (VLOS)... there is no way that you could possibly have kept eyes on that drone given the distance and meandering etc... I don't say this to be argumentative, but as a fellow drone user who has had my drone struck by birds for it to fall out if the sky. Imagine damage what that could do if it hit someone on the ground. Even if it's a sub250. Safe flying my friend.
Thanks for your advice. I was actually in a vehicle traveling along the road to the side of the valley. I was in VLOS for "most of the flight" as I did lose sight for a few seconds here and there.
All I can say is WOW. This is amazing. I've never what Deri looks like from the air.
