I'd love to see more videos like this! I felt hit hard on the section about walls (as I have Gunpowder/ Enlightenment Age walls in my Atomic Age base). ;-;
TheGamerKing walls are huge if you like war. I don’t know exactly how weight works, but walls seem cheap weight wise. You got work to do... if that’s how you like to play
Personally I don’t think much about the walls. Generally I only upgrade them to get rid of spare resources whilst everything else is being upgraded/worked on. Walls are no threat to paratroopers. Lol
I have lvl 7-8 walls and am atomic lvl 180, can stop lvl 250 attacks though so I disagree, walls are not a necessity though good at slowing invaders down
Barracks troops just recently went thru a rebalance ( attack helicopters were especially useful with mini guns and rockets but unfortunately got nerfed and had their troop space requirements increased soon after as everyone was spamming them) can’t say that barracks troops are any more useful in later ages as I’m only global at the moment but they a lot more useful than they were
Well technically he was still right in one way, when he said run ONLY oil troops, coz after the buff all barrack troops require oil post Industrial Age.. And to answer your question regarding Attack Helis they are still the best troop combination and pretty much every top Attacker runs full Helis now...
Agree on all your points, except the remote possibility that the player is incorrectly attempting to lower his war weight intentionally by minimising his troop upgrades, walls (yes wallls do bring very very little war weight)

A side question, I noticed your anti commando base videos often focused on enclosed bases, where the strategy involves simply breaking 1 wall on the outer layer of the base and then luring all the MEAT out. But have you encountered even more anti commando bases which is an enclosed base + there is an additional layer of enclosure within the base so that the generals/rocket arsenal/stronghold troops stay within. Any tips or tricks? Cheers
I’m really considering restarting my level 212 Bace & spending the next 2 years getting back to this level but not develop much in barracks..also catapult & machine gun towers virtually zero upgrades..I have upgraded mine a lot & I see now I should have been focussed on factory university & airforce & turrets / gun towers as a complete main focus.. I’m worried I’ll lose my £££ of extras purchases like villas etc.if I restart
dude. Mills and Markets store *hell* lot of gold and food when they are full. They account for less than 20% of stored resources which is *a lot*. It is the highest source of loot out of all buildings in the game.

Ngl. That's the most pathetic space age base I've ever seen tbh. Now I'm in the atomic age and my walls are still higher level than this base. Ik I also need to make some improvement on my own base but a space age age base shouldn't be like that.

Upgraded Bastions is another quick/cheap defensive boost that this base is lacking.

In world wars, the mills and markets don't give lot of money. u are right, mills and markets give a lot of resources when u aren't in world wars
