Wow, Wow and one more thing, Wow! Beautifully shot and edited. Getting the perspective shot with the cars and houses in the foreground was epic. I also loved the pause going from time lapsed to slowmo. I hit the thumbs up 5 times.
I've watched lots of video and drone footage of the volcano eruption but great to see it getting the Clever Dark Elve treatment. Fantastic as always Linda.
Oh wow Linda, that looks so amazing. You did a really good job here and the music fits perfectly. When you think about how many hours you are looking to find the right music. 😬😅
Thanks Kevin, so glad you liked it!! The "day to night" shot is actually the moon setting! If you look closely you can see stars and even a tiny bit of milky way on the far right of the frame :) As to the traffic, no doubt there are some onlookers there, but there are a lot of emergency workers and just regular citizens there. It is a main route across the island.
@@cleverdarkelve One of the reasons it's my favorite scene is because of how much I love your night photography (stars) and what really blew me away (other than the colors) is being able to see the entire moon right as the clouds on the horizon lowered it's exposure (I didn't see that until the 3rd time I watched it) 😜
@@cleverdarkelve -- I rather hoped you hadn't heard of him and looked him up. He is calm now, back to his hobby of exploring, but during the volcanic times he was almost in the very middle of things and certainly on the edges, worrying about his family, but still reporting everything (while the USGS didn't even have the Canaries on their maps, claiming the quakes were nothing...). I'm glad you created the video, it's beautiful (in a scary way) 😉😊😎
No kidding! I could literally pulled my hair out over it. Even after several reuploads and blood sacrifices to the TH-cam gods, it seems doomed with artifacts, banding and flicker. Rest assured the actual 8k file is flawless!
LINDA. SO GOOD.
Thanks kindly Mike, means a lot you think so!
Fantastic shots! Love how the lightning hits on the music beats.
Thanks! Sometimes it just works out!

Wow! Some amazing shots (as usual). It sure looked like you might have felt the warmth from that inferno.
Thanks so much Aldi! I'm glad it gave you the feeling of the volcano being hot! Luckily I was not close enough to experience the real heat!

Thanks for the kind words and the 5x thumbs up Mike! And just FYI, the shot at the end is actually in real time, not slow motion!
I've watched lots of video and drone footage of the volcano eruption but great to see it getting the Clever Dark Elve treatment. Fantastic as always Linda.

Totally Awesome Linda!!!
So many wows but my favorite was the day to night at 0:50 (53) ❤ and I'm guessing all the traffic at 2-Minutes is sightseers?

It sure is! Thanks!
I would not have been surprised to see Bushcraft Bear directing the orchestra for the perfect music in the video :)
I have to be honest, I had to look up Bushcraft Bear! Thanks for watching the video!

Shame about the compression algorithm
