Best interview I have heard in long time. Didn’t try to beat around the bush and talk nonsense about the defeat. Told like it was fair and square. A lot of people don’t like Davy but that’s as honest an interview you will hear from a manager anywhere

Shane, let's get real, Galway are simply better than wexford with better forwards. They hadn't played in years before 2017 and since then, 2 nine point wins and now a 13 point one plus one draw, which was without Joe. Galway are 20% better with Joe playing. Wexford and Galway is like tipperary Waterford in that one team clearly has the upperhand. The addition of the Thomas's boys of Burke and Cooney has added steel to our defence, which was porous in the Dublin and Kilkenny games last year.

Very honest from Davy. Galway should have more all Ireland with their talent. Wexford bring such a following its like an extra man. Think it was missing last night big time. Galway on paper always a better team. Wex have same team for last 3 years. No young blood coming through.

Wexford this year remind me of the 2014 Dublin team and in some way it’s similar both Leinster champions from the previous year and get hammered in the semi final the next year. What happened to Dublin then get hammered by tipp in quarters I wonder if Wexford’s fate will be the same?
