    can you please explain auto calendar functionality in qliksense and how it can be used to calculate Last year Till date sales in comparison to current year

    Thank you for this video, this helped me a lot to make comparison between my projects data (expected data, actual data, start and finishing) and accounting ones. Why are you recommending Master Calendar and not Canonical Date?

    You have created a single date column called Planned_Date using union all .
    Have you later created master calendar using this Planned_Date?

      In this case it's not necessary as all dates are in one column. But if you would connect some other table by date field - than it would be good to create it.

    You can use something called a "Canonical date/calendar" in qlik

      Yes, it's possible. Though it's not the best solution in some cases.
